Assembly, decoration, testing, and packaging usually follow — and every operation sent to an outside vendor adds a shipment, a queue, and a failure point to your supply chain.     Ultrasonic joining for permanent, fastener-free assemblies — alongside IR welding and UV bonding when the material or geometry calls for a different method.

    Heat Staking

    Controlled thermal staking that locks components and inserts to molded bosses — no adhesives, no hardware, no extra parts in the bill of materials.

    Pad Printing & Decorating

    Pad printing and hot stamping put logos, legends, and product graphics on parts straight off the press.

    Laser Etching

    Permanent, ink-free marking for part numbers, date codes, and branding — identification that won't rub off in service.
