Wise Plastics Technologies
Value-Added & Secondary Operations
Parts leave as finished, packaged, sellable goods — every operation in-house removes a vendor, a shipment, and a failure point from your supply chain.
Parts Leave as Finished, Sellable Goods
A molded part is rarely the finished product. Assembly, decoration, testing, and packaging usually follow — and every operation sent to an outside vendor adds a shipment, a queue, and a failure point to your supply chain. Wise keeps those operations in-house, so parts come off the press and leave the building as finished, packaged, sellable goods.
Vertically integrated work cells carry components straight from molding into assembly, joining, decorating, and testing — under one quality system with full lot traceability from resin to finished assembly. One purchase order, one supplier accountable for the finished product.

In-House Operations
From Press to Packaged Product
Six operation families cover everything between molding and the loading dock.
Assembly
Mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of intricate products — motors, gears, circuit boards, wiring, sensors, and lighting — with in-line assembly and post-mold insert installation.
Sonic Welding
Ultrasonic joining for permanent, fastener-free assemblies — alongside IR welding and UV bonding when the material or geometry calls for a different method.
Heat Staking
Controlled thermal staking that locks components and inserts to molded bosses — no adhesives, no hardware, no extra parts in the bill of materials.
Pad Printing & Decorating
Pad printing and hot stamping put logos, legends, and product graphics on parts straight off the press.
Laser Etching
Permanent, ink-free marking for part numbers, date codes, and branding — identification that won't rub off in service.
Packaging, Kitting & Fulfillment
Custom packaging, kitting, and fulfillment take product the final step — from finished assembly to packaged goods ready for distribution or retail.
Testing
Proven Before It Ships
- Functional testing and validation
- Leak and flow testing
- Mechanical and electronic testing
- Custom fixturing for repeatable setups
Integration
Built Into the Line
Testing isn't a separate department here — it's a station on the line. Automated and semi-automated processes verify assemblies as they're built, so a defect is caught at the operation that created it, not weeks later on your receiving dock.
Machining, soldering, and component sourcing round out each cell, so assemblies that call for purchased hardware or electronics arrive at packaging complete. The dimensional inspection behind every operation runs through our quality lab.
