    Wise Plastics Technologies was among the first custom injection molders in North America to achieve ISO certification. The process-based system built then still governs every aspect of operations — management accountability, resource management, formal product realization, and a standing mandate to measure, analyze, and improve.

    Both product development and manufacturing run inside that certified framework, so the data behind your parts is generated and documented at every step — not reconstructed after the fact. The result is a quality record that survives customer audits and registrar audits.

    Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex and Hexagon fully programmable CMMs with indexing probe heads, programmed in PC-DMIS and CMM Manager with direct import of your original CAD design files.

    Vision systems plus contact testing extend the lab beyond the touch probe — the latest measurement innovations kept current through regulated software updates.

    Controlled Environment

    A climate-controlled lab designed specifically for metrology, with on-site NIST-traceable masters for calibration and outsourced calibration for equipment requiring off-site service.

    Functional Testing

    Leak and flow, electrical, force, and torque testing alongside durometer confirmation and color, texture, gloss, and dimensional verification.

    Every manufacturing process and piece of equipment goes through documented qualification in three stages before production begins.

    IQ — Installation Qualification

    Documented verification that equipment and tooling are installed correctly and to specification before any process work begins.

    OQ — Operational Qualification

    The process is challenged across its operating window to prove it performs within defined limits at the extremes, not just the nominal setpoint.

    PQ — Production Qualification

    Production runs under real manufacturing conditions demonstrate stable, repeatable output before the program launches.

    Beyond process validation, we support First Article Inspection reports, capability studies, and PPAP-style submissions to your requirements — with full lot traceability behind every order.
