Automation That Holds Unit Cost Down
Consumer programs are a cost game, and cost discipline in injection molding lives at the press. We run automated cells where the robot pulls the shot, the conveyor moves the parts to inspection, the in-line decorator does its work, and the boxer kits the finished goods — all without a human handling the part between mold and pack. That keeps cycle time tight, scrap low, and unit labor cost flat as volume scales.
Where it makes sense, multi-cavity tools, hot runners, and family tools spread tooling cost across more parts per cycle. We talk through those trade-offs at quote — sometimes the right answer is one big tool, sometimes it's two medium ones running in parallel — so you understand exactly what the unit price assumes.
Decorating and Packaging Without Hand-offs
The traditional consumer goods supply chain runs: molder → decorator → assembler → packager → 3PL. Five vendors, five quality systems, four freight moves, and four places for the program to slip. We compress that to one. Pad printing, hot stamping, and laser etching cosmetic the part. Mechanical and ultrasonic assembly close it up. In-house packaging puts it in retail-ready trade dress. Fulfillment ships it. One PO, one supplier, one quality system, one freight move — and one phone call when something needs to change.
