Plastic Injection Molding Services Built for Production

Wise Plastics Technologies is a US-based contract manufacturer providing custom plastic injection molding services for medical, industrial, automotive and consumer product OEMs — from prototype tooling through high-volume production.

Every program runs on a documented, data-driven process with in-house decorating, assembly, and quality lab support, so parts ship finished — not just molded.

    Processes

    Molding Processes

Six core processes cover precision parts, multi-material designs, and decorated cosmetic surfaces — all developed and documented in-house.

    01

    Precision Injection Molding

High-precision molding with tight tolerances for demanding applications requiring exceptional quality and consistency.

    02

    Two-Shot Injection Molding

Advanced multi-material molding that combines different materials or colors in a single molding cycle.

    03

    Insert Molding

Metal and other components molded directly into the part, replacing downstream assembly with a single operation.

    04

    Over-Molding

Soft-touch grips, seals, and multi-material performance bonded over rigid substrates for ergonomics and durability.

    05

    In-Mold Labeling & Decorating

IMD/IML, color matching, pad printing, and texturing deliver finished cosmetic surfaces straight out of the press.

    06

    RJG Scientific & Decoupled Molding®

Data-driven, documented process development for part-to-part repeatability, higher yields, and production that stays stable across resin lots.

    Capacity

Large Tonnage Injection Molding — Presses to 1100 Tons

Most custom molders top out around 500 tons; when your part needs more press, your supplier list gets short. Wise Plastics runs presses up to 1100 tons, with 1–20 ton overhead cranes for mold setting, 750,000 lbs of silo resin storage, and the floor space to stage and maintain large tooling. Large parts punish sloppy processing — long flow lengths, thick-to-thin transitions, warp and sink all show up at scale — so every large-tonnage program gets a documented scientific molding process, not a tweaked setup sheet.
